She pushes her hair back to reveal the empty sleeve of her white top and smiles at the camera. She rolls it up to showcase the stump of her left arm and runs a hand over it. Squeezing some lotion in her hand, she slathers her short arm in it, pushing her abbreviated flesh between her fingers, massaging the featureless skin. # She grabs a fork between forearm stumps, her longer left, the right crooked, handily flicking a piece of chicken in her mouth, smiling wide. # In front of her mirror, she uses her stumps to blend her makeup, running it in circles against her cheeks. Satisfied, she sets her elbows on the table before her and her lips start moving. I care not for them. She ever so slightly adjusts the angles of her stumps as she speaks. # Setting her crutches against the wall, she drops her skirt to the floor, leaning against the desk to hop out of it. Staring down at the bottom view camera, she turns sideways to showcase her bum, ever adjusting her balance on her single leg.

"Silence, Demon. I'm the one in control." "Oh yeah. It sure looks like it." They stand up to stretch their giant frog legs and sit back down. "Please tell me you just showered and that what I'm seeing on your forehead isn't sweat." She mumbles a few syllables and throws her palm towards them. A flash of yellow light strikes them across the abdomen and they let out a guttural scream, clenching the singed skin where the spell hit. "OW!! That really hurts you know! Was that really worth a Light Blast?" "You're lucky I didn't channel my Light Bow. I had read of your impertinence, but I still expected at least some level of …" "How old are you? You talk like that old geezer, he was a servant, in Russia… or was he a noble? What's his name again…" "My age is none of your business, Demon. Now, listen carefully as I am about to dictate my will onto you." The demon's form twists, almost melting, and fades in the air like a dust cloud. Like before, wisps of smoke extend like tentacles
Sitting on my cot, I flip mindlessly through the atlas when I hear Steve come down the wooden steps. I refrain from talking, letting him the first in on the conversation. He walks up to my alcove, meticulously clicking his heels on the concrete floor as he does, making sure that his shoes are within my line of sight before stopping. I slow my search, relax my shoulders, unconsciously changing my breathing pattern to let him know I noticed his presence. "What are you reading?" His voice is stern, direct. "I couldn't remember what were the original countries in former Yugoslavia so I tried to look it up, but this edition is too old." I only now raise my head to look at him. "I'd love it if you could rent one for me at the library." "Libraries are funded by taxes and managed by the states, and therefore a product of communism which I will have no part in." He opens his arms and his expression softens slightly. "Come here.” "Hard day at work?" "Just the usual." I slide towards

Hey all! I started playing with AI to generate narration on some of my stories and put the result up on my Patreon. I would love if you could check it out and give me some feedback, there is a free snippet your can listen to (I haven't decided if I'll post them here or not yet). Here's the link to it : https://www.patreon.com/posts/97085272?pr=true Thank you so much for your support and for your time over the years!
Always a bit of a feelsbad moment when I go to wish someone a happy birthday and find that the last comment was me doing so the previous year. Have a day, I guess?
I actually never thought about it, but my personnal life might make it harder for me to write in the next couple of months. To be sure you aren’t disappointed, I wouldn’t take any right now.
No hard feeling at all, mate! Mostly just wondering. But does it mean at some possible point in the future, you could take some? And I mean when you have the time and will of course! Love, that Lurker.
